Pistol III is dedicated to the "science of the shot." Now that you are safe and capable, we eliminate the small habits that keep you from the bullseye. Through diagnostic drills and advanced trigger control techniques, we help you master the "surprise break" and rapid sight recovery.  The Pistol III course is perfect for individuals who want to pass the NJ Permit to Carry a Handgun qualification requirements.

• Core Skills: Diagnostic target analysis and trigger reset mastery.

• Diagnostic Shooting: Using target analysis to identify shooter errors (e.g., "jerking" the trigger vs. "heeling" the gun).

• Intro to Holster Work: As a precursor to qualifying for your NJ Permit to Carry, learn safe drawing and re-holstering using an unloaded firearm in the classroom setting.

• Trigger-Tech Demo, where you’ll learn the differences between Striker-Fired and DA/SA actions. 

• Dry-Fire Training Plan to keep your skills sharp at home without spending a dime on ammo.

*Includes:  Targets.  Firearm Rental and Ammunition are available at the Range if needed.

The Outcome: You’ll leave with a recognized Marksmanship Qualification and the mental tools to maintain precision even under pressure.  The skills necessary to obtain your NJ  Permit to Carry a Handgun will be reviewed and practiced in a safe and controlled environment.
